As you may have noticed, after you use the Log in option at the top above the search bar and choose the options for account creations, on your profile page the background is white and you cannot see anything for changing the image. So to be able to help you crate your own version I provided these examples here which also exist in the Shared Gallery for members so you can see how things are laid out properly.

Whatever image you use and adapt to this precisely measured pattern will fade some as Example two demonstrates. I left the area cut out in white so you can see the text part. I'd recommend you use this to guide your own creation for future references for more precise measuring and targeting. You do not have to include the logo if you do not want to or you can use the same one if you wish. Upon request I will make a few more if you dont have the means to do so. All I was using is an older Photo Shop Elements program from Adobe.
